Do yourself a favor - DON'T weigh yourself every day!!! Even when not on a fast, it's just not a smart thing to do. Why? Because your weight will fluctuate daily, and then you get obsessed by that little number and lose sight of why you're doing the fast - for your health.
Yes, weight loss is a GREAT fringe benefit. Don't get me wrong, I was THRILLED when I got on the scale after the 10 days (I did not get on it once during the 10 days) and saw the number.
Save it for a final treat once you get through however long you intend to fast. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised.
