for the past few days I've been taking coconut oil early in the morning (a tablespoon) like you say, Vitamin B Complex, a detox tea with sliced ginger and turmeric, and freshly sliced lemon water with a dash of cayenne pepper! Oh my god, I am feeling amazing and so energized right now. I went to the bathroom alright and my symptoms haven't been very bad at all. No sugary foods. I am taking lemons, coconut oil, and parsley with my probiotics. Fish oil capsules and multivitamin alone. I am excited about learning about my body and giving it what it needs.
