I sometimes have shakes with cocoa powder, is the caffeine bad for you even if occasional?
Also, aren't high doses of vitamin A and D toxic as they are fat soluble and can build up?
Im also concerned with subjecting my body to more meds, as we don't know the long term effects of taking this much, and especially for the amounts of time some suggest. Is it really safe?
