Hi Daniel great video and you look very well and healthy too, I wanted to ask whether apart from using Aquaphor as you say you used in the video and Triamcinolone Acetonid, did you also ever use Tacroliminus cream at all?
A lot of people are using different therapies for e.c. i.e vitamins, honey, herbal, homeopathic etc, I believe mine to be linked to yeast and staph infection and am currently exploring this. I believe that the sunny weather may have helped you, as well as some of the dietary changes you made but I am also curious about any medication you may have used because it could have played a part in healing you, since e.c seems to take time to heal with all natural remedies although there are credited cures i.e manuka honey for some people or coconut oil for others etc, maybe also with the use of the right medication this could tip the balance towards complete eradication of e.c. I know you said that you weren't sure what exactly did it, but I think medication may have played a role in healing you along with the other things you were doing, and was wondering about the Tacroliminus crème. Thanks.
