I am wondering if there is any downside to drinking 1/2 to 3/4 cup of ginger juice per day (mixed into 16 ounces of vegetable/root juice), on an empty stomach.
PERSONALLY IF I HAD TO DRINK 1/2 TEASPOON OF REAL GINGER ROOT JUICE I WOULD HATE IT, THE TASTE IS "HORRIBLE" TO ME. TO DRINK A 1/2 CUP OF THE PURE JUICE DILUTED IN ANYTHING IN ONE SETTING WOULD SEEM LIKE "TORTURE" TASTE WISE.
IN YOUR CASE, SINCE YOU LIKE THE TASTE, ONLY YOU CAN DECIDE YOUR DOSAGE BASED ON HOW YOU "FEEL" DAILY.
I have been doing this almost daily since March,
THEN YOU ABSOLUTELY LIVE THE STUFF AND I HAVE TO ASSUME YOU LIVE IN AN AREA WHERE YOU CAN GROW IT. I CAN'T IMAGINE ANYONE WOULD BUY THAT MUCH DAILY FOR MONTHS. JUST STATING THAT YOU HAVE DRANK GINGER ROOT JUICE THIS LONG IS PROOF ENOUHG THAT YOU ARE PROMOTING IT AND ARE SURELY THE MOST EDUCATED PERSON I HAVE EVER HEARD OF FOR THIS PARTICULAR HERB. YOU CAN WRITE THE BOOK FOR THIS HERB.
because it helped me to be able to eat meals without getting a headache/discomfort, and also because I just crave ginger juice.
YOU MUST BE THE MOST "UNIQUE" PERSON ON THE PLANET, BECAUSE THAT HERB IS VERY "NASTY" STRONG/HOT EVEN AT A SMALL DOSE.
It makes me feel better, in general. But i was wondering if maybe this is too much? I still have many health problems to solve, and I wonder if ginger juice may be causing a problem without me realizing it?
IF YOU LOVE IT, CRAVE IT AND IT IS THE REAL NATURAL ROOT THAT YOU ARE JUICING YOUR SELF, THEN I CAN'T IMAGINE IT IS HURTING YOU AFTER ALL THESE MONTHS OF DAILY USE.
After I drink the ginger/vegetable juice,
THE VEGETABLE JUICE IS OF ZERO VALUE AND ONLY FILLS YOU UP WITH INORGANIC MINERALS, BUT EVEN AT THAT, IT IS BETTER THAN THE MANUFACTURED PACKAGED CRAP THEY SALE AS HUMAN FOODS.
I always feel a bit shaky for about twenty minutes,
IF I HAD TO DRINK 1/2 CUP OF GINGER JUICE I WOULD BE PUKING BEFORE IT COULD ENTER MY STOMACH.
YOU OBVIOUSLY LIKE THE EFFECT OR YOU WOULD HAVE NOT DONE THIS AN ENTIRE SUMMER.
but then i start to feel well after that. Is the shakiness a "detox" symptom?
SOUNDS LIKE AN OVER DOSE TO ME, FLOODING THE FLOOD STREAM OR AN EXTREME "ACID" EFFECT THAT FORCES THE STOMACH TO RESPOND. I WOULD THINK GINGER ROOT WOULD CAUSE AN EFFECT MORE LIKE HOT CAYENNE, BUT YOUR BRAIN / STOMACH MUST SEE IT AS "FRIENDLY" AND LIKES THE TASTE / EFFECTS.
Also, I was wondering if that much ginger juice could have killed some parasites in my body over the past months?
I WOULD THINK SO, THAT MUCH SHOULD MAKE YOU WANT TO JUMP UP AND SHOUT.
