Rice and vegetables are hypoallergenic.

Beans can cause reactions. Any seed (beans, nuts, grains, chocolate) can cause allergies. Coconut does the least. These foods have globular proteins that the body reacts to.

Also eggs and dairy are allergenic for some.

Meat tends to be hypoallergenic but I don't recommend it.

The safe: fruit, leaves, plants, tubers, roots.
