It is a Type 3 Bosniak Cyst, of which 80-85% are malignant. The only thing in my favor is that is is still a bit less then one inch wide as a sphere...

The problem is that it did not shrink AT ALL. This also explains why my BP only improved a few points, if at all..

Why would True North be better? Is there more relaxation there?

I don't think I did refeeding wrong. I started with watermelon, and that was so easy that I was at rice, moong, and yogurt by Day 2.

I think I will aim for a 21-day Water Fast around X-Mas (whether at home or True North). It is cold then, so tough, but otherwise that may be the next step.

To alkalize water, can baking soda be put in during a fast? Or does that violate the fast? I would think water during the fast should be alkaline for sure..
