You are on the right path! Just keep cleansing and learning all that you can. You want to be consistent and don't try to go too fast. What I have learned is these worms/ parasites can be all through your body (they were mine) and you need to make the determination and have the mindset that you are going to get rid of these things. That is possible! There are many options as to supplements and protocols. But, its not about doing it too fast because as you have probably read, the die off (which is very very real!!) will make you very sick and can stop you your elimination systems.

My experience has taught me that if I stay committed with an herbal program which kills the parasites and also to helping my system get rid of the dead ones (very important!) you will have success. The main way I have continued to rid myself of the dead parasites and other unwanted things is coffee enemas!
