Thanks for your reply :) and yep I notice I tend to get really sweaty when I am feeling down or put into stressful situations.
it usually doesn't matter what I eat. Even if I don't eat I have gas literally every 20 seconds or so. This is the only major digestive problem I have besides gurgling noises and warm sensations surrounding my tummy to accompany the gas. I also notice my breath can smell like this as well.
And to answer question, my stool is different all the time in that it can be loose or well formed but there are always white, fuzzy, (and sometimes) stringy looking things in the stool... (sorry for being so graphic)
And I will definitely look into the Ashwaganda you mention.
