Thanks for sharing your experience Mike!

I do also have intolerance to alot of the supplements that are recommended for AF, Ashwagandha has been the exception and had helped me Alot when my crysis started 2 months ago, its the only thing that helped me reduced the adrenaline rushs i had.

So i gave Licorice another try yesterday morning at about 150mg this time. Had a pretty good day with more energy then usual with also less anxiety but unfortunatly made my insomnia worst that night. So i guess that im am too sensitive to licorice for now.

Do any of you experienced with NIACINE for anxiety with AF?

I also ordered some Penthtathine since ive read mainly good things about it.
Gonna keep you posted on the results
