But of course it is possible to go 100% Sugar free! I simply don't buy any processed foods. I buy raw ingredients and i prepare everything fresh. Simple as that! I would even suggest not to eat much fruit, especially those that are very sweet, such as bananas. Sour apples are good :) it took me about a month to stop craving for sweets. But i have completely eliminated it and now i don't feel like it at all anymore. Ripe fruits contain more sugar, something to bear in mind, although they are easier to digest.
