Re: iodine and iron

everybody is entitled to their own opinion...

"Hemochromatosis is usually from eating foods enriched with ferrite iron (the kind our body can't use) but the receptors take it up as iron. Once we stop the grains and processed foods that are enriched with the wrong iron, the levels will fall back down to normal."

My opinion?
Iron levels have very little to do with diet.
There is only sooo many diets.
and most people don't have iron issues.

If you have a healthy body... and healthy organs...
your body will be able to excrete excess iron.
If it can't.....
then part of the system has broken down.
It's not what you are putting in your mouth.
The breakdown is in the interior.
