You do have a point, Flossy. It is very draining.

I'm just the curious type though, and really do want to know how much effort CZ goes to, in keeping it's users safe from these kinds of criminals.

I also think it is really about thievery and criminal deception, not just trolling. I kinda get the feeling it's not even a woman, but some 25 year old geeky guy sitting in a coffee shop.

I think the users here are very vulnerable to that kind of manipulation cuz they themselves, having suffered similar things, so easily project themselves into his drama, and have such a strong emphatic response which 'she' uses to trick them out of their money---which I suspect they themselves need, but think 'she' needs more.

It's what we have laws for--to protect folks who for various reasons, can't protect themselves. And clearly this probable thief needs some law applied! Tweet
