Re: Nothing is Helping. Constant Suicidal Thoughts

Hi. Thanks for your response. It is comforting to hear from someone who has actually been through the hell of biofilms.

My diet is very strict. Protein is a very clean whey, hemp and rice protein, fish, and two raw eggs per day (without it I look sick - we need cholesterol for hormones) . The only carbs I eat are from green veggies and a small dose of sugarfree pre/post workout formula. I cannot take that out because I lose muscle without it.

Fitness is my passion and I am sticking to my weight training despite not getting the results I deserve. My thyroid has gotten worse from last year, and I know upping my desiccated thyroid is not the answer.

I have a cyst on my ovary that is causing hormone imbalance, and excess fluid in my abdomen. I've had it ever since the mold exposure.

Last year this diet was fine although sick, but now I have been developing rashes. I am going to try pancreatic enzymes again because betaine hcl is not working alone.

Supplements -

Whole food multi

2 drops of Lugols a day (increasing makes me worse)

B complex

High dose vitamin c (very helpful)

Green vibrance (outstanding product)

Extra zinc

Just bought inositol

My body seems to quickly get used to all natural antifungals. Perhaps I have not found the right one for the mold I was exposed to. I'd do anything to kill the colonies in my sinuses. They are for sure the reason for my neck and constant sinus pain.
