we recently had this in our household (everyone). It is tapeworm, and a pretty big one by looks of the size of those segments. segments can look like rice, sesame seeds, long strands of seaweed.

If you are adventurous, look at some samples under a microscope. CDC has some great resources.

If you have a tape that big it can take several weeks to pass all of it. We had the best results on Praziquantel, we also had some results with Albendazole. We retreated several times.
