E: The book of Acts mentions both stephen and philip as having prayed many miracles. Since they were not listed as Apostles, where does this fit into your thinking? People who were not named as apostles clearly walked in the miraculous then and people not named in the bible as Apostles clearly walk in the miraculous today... Gift of healing and gift of praying other miracles was never and is not today limited only to those listed in the bible as Apostles.

V: That doesn't change my argument that the gift of healing has served it's purpose and is no longer needed today. Sure God could give the gift of healing to whoever he wanted.
