I have been doing P&B shakes. Started in mid August with one per day working up to four. And then I discovered that I was doing it wrong - I was supposed to not eat an hour before and after the P&B.
So - I started over.
It has been three weeks - doing an average of four P&B's per day and no sign of mucoid plaque. My question is, should I keep going or should I give my body a rest?
