day 14 um, an elimination question

Well good morning. Day 14 dawns. I'm doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with coarse Sea Salt as usual and I notice that yesterday and today there are solids in the elimination. Small, less than the size of a pencil eraser; but several each time. I thought solids in = solids out and liquid in= liquid out. This is puzzling and I wonder if anyone has had a similar experience or might have sage advice as to what this is.
