I no longer have a fear of fasting, I never felt hunger pain even once. Three days seemed too easy and I definitely want to go longer next time. The trouble is my schedule doesn't permit it and I was never able to just slow down the entire 3 days. I need to be at full energy for work in the morning that is why I chose 3 days as I had fear of running out of gas. As soon as work slows down a little I will do 6 days.
I feel a bit of lightness now more so than usual, perhaps I'm no longer just full of shit. It would be super if I had the luxury to go 30 days, maybe I should work on adjusting my priorities as health is my most valuable asset which right now is good enough but I'd rather be Batman.
