To clarify, one drinks extra water *right after* the shake? See, someone told me to NOT drink right after...but that was in the case of clay by itself.
How much water needs to be had throughout the day? Does it need to be a steady supply, or 16 ounces once an hour, etc?
If i have lots of vegetable fiber, will that be too much with all the extra psyllium?
Also, is there a psyllium you trust? I have read that some brands are more 'scratchy' than others ...I am just so afraid of more internal aggravation, when I see that psyllium "scrubs" the bowel, it makes me wince to think of it.
