Just to put my penny's worth in as well...
I used my first Master-Cleanse to quit smoking and this one, hopefully, to quit all the smoking replacements. I've also drink waaay too much - and on my own the last couple of years. Not too good on the druggie front, either, if I'm honest. But like the above, although I'd like to kick tobacco for good, I still want to enjoy the odd glass of wine and cup of coffee - but as treats, not necessities. Otherwise, I think I'm equally liable to become an obsessive bore - as I am when I'm on a fitness-detox-health kick, when I get really anxious if I can't get to the gym even if I'm sick. I'd like to be able to say 'mmm - let's have champagne as it's a special occaision' but equally 'ah - think I'll skip the gym today cos I feel rotten'. I still want to have fun but not go mad at every slight excuse - and sometimes none at all!
Moderation moderation.... Can't be that hard, can it? I'm looking forward to it!
