Dr. Kevin Cahill is located in NYC and his fees are reasonable (about $500). You might want to send an email to Dr. Stensvold who has a lab in Europe which I would think you can send samples via the mail. He is a top notch research and offers both microscope testing and PCR. PCR offers an advantage in some cases in terms of detection but can be expensive. I would opt for microscopy first and see if he picks up anything. Tweet
