I use one cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice and one cup of grade b maple syrup. I add 1/2 tsp liquid minerals. I mix this with 12 cups of water. I drink it throughout the day and with each glass, I sprinkle it with cayenne pepper. I drink mine hot, it is better since it's winter and the cayenne tastes much better that way. I drink a little water between glasses of lemonade, but only when I'm thirsty. Your body will crave water when it really needs it.
When you do the Sea Salt enema, mix 2tsp of Sea Salt with 4 cups of water, the water is best warm. Take a deep breath and chug it down, imagine it's broth and it's easier. Prepare to spend an hour and a half with the cleaning process.
