SYNTHROID - Opinions needed

Hello all:

I have few family members and a few friends with hypothyroid and have been given SYNTHROID by their respective doctors. I have turned blue in my face telling them to at least change the drug to Armour. And then read DR. Brownstein's book. But all of them are so brainwashed that they immediately say my doctor is very good and he will never give us medication that does not work. I will not do anything without my doc knowing about it.

I would like to know expert opinions as well as opinions of those who take or have taken this drug.

What can I tell them to help them to be healthy.

BTW, I think it is a synthetic drug and is harmful.
