I agree with everyone. The cold feeling HAS to be from the fast. I live in the arctic north and am almost never cold. But now, on day 21 of my fast, I am always freezing. We are in the middle of a storm today, it is below zero outside, and if I don't have my thermostat set at 75 or higher, I have to wear gloves in the house. Yes, this probably isn't the best time of the year to fast, but, in the dead of winter, I have fewer plans and the fast doesn't interfere too much with life. In the summer I am out and about and on the go a lot and the fast would be much harder then. So . . . maybe this isn't such a bad season for a fast.
