Thanks so much for your thoughts. I have been very much going back and forth on whether or not I should continue with the flushing, based on various opinions. Several folks on the Liver-Flush Curezone site said "yes," some said "not sure," and then I saw Jhan (who may not be active anymore) say that one should not flush w/ Leaky Gut, which I likely have based on semi-recent stool analysis which showed low secretary IgA (sIgA). I wondered if that was why this last month has been the most miserable yet.

Do you also have candida/Leaky Gut? Do you do flushing? What are your thoughts on the Epsom Salts ? They worry me the most. I have done colonics in the past w/ no problems -- and I ALWAYS follow up with a strong probiotic enema -- I mix lots of probiotics together-- so I thought maybe it was the Epsoms causing a major problem.

Your point about the toxic bile is interesting, and no one mentioned that to me. Maybe that is what happened. I continue to take strong probiotics, but it hasn't helped, unfortunately (I take VSL#3 @ 900 billion and also something called SporeBiotic that my ND recommended). Tweet
