I think you're on the right track, and everyone has given great advice.
Just remember that there is no secret to losing weight, it takes hard work and healthy lifestyle changes. There's no way to get around exercising and eating right. I did a 14 day Master-Cleanse back before thanksgiving and found that after the cleanse I lost my taste for alot of food that is not good for me. I also started juicing, it seems like one thing leads you on to the next. So just start making healthy lifestyle changes and you should be fine. I'm on day 5 also, my third MC, the Master-Cleanse has been a very powerful tool for me in managing my weight and staying healthy.
