As far as doing something during the Master-Cleanse the best you can do is to really make sure that you are are drinking enough lemonade and water to stay well hydrated. You eliminations are also very important so what ever it takes to keep things moving out.

Prolly the single greatest thing you can do for your health in to buy a juicer and start juicing daily. Then there are the obvious things like cutting out processed foods, refined sugar, flour products, dairy, meat etc. Drink half you body weight in ounces of water daily for example if you weigh 200 you should drink 100 oz of water daily.
