How frustrating these things you tried have not worked. You wrote that you eat white rice and all kinds of potatoes. I don't know if this will help, but some people are sensitive to nightshades such as potatoes. And white rice is a bad carb that should be replaced with brown rice. You might also want to cut down on meat by eating vegetarian meals a few times a week. Easier said than done, though. Again, I don't know if any of this will make a difference.
