And I hate to beat a dead horse, but it's been 3 weeks since I flushed. I started taking my malic acid and even got some Gold Coin Grass to add to it to help soften stones. My digestion has been better, but definitely still off from having done this flush. I ate something a bit more risky yesterday, and it was a mistake (gurgling, etc).
I wondered if flushing again might help. I thought this weekend I could try...thoughts? The thing is, I have a trip planned for hte week of the 14th and want to not feel bad for it, of course. I can't decide if doing a flush is a worthwhile risk or not...I definitely am limited in what I can eat -- and I already eat an EXTREMELY limiting diet (candida diet)
