I've been doing Iodine now for a month I think. I just added iron and it has made a big difference. When I first started iodine, I felt amazing. But I think my body started using more iron in the process of utilizing all the new iodine, and I slowly became iron deficient.
Last weekend I felt really tired, even though I was on 15mg of Iodine and taking selenium, etc. I added 30mg of iron and felt better. The next day I went up to 60mg of iron, and felt even better and I'm probably going to stick with that for a few weeks, and then back down. Too much iron can be dangerous, so use caution if you give iron a try.
