Yeah, I agree! I've actually been doing castor oil packs every night for an hour (usually right before I go up to bed).

Oh that's great I can continue the CO for 21 days. I find it to be very gentle-- I'm not having like ridiculous diarrhea like with the Epsoms. I don't know what I was so worried about...I think it feels safer and than Epsoms for sure.

My digestion had improved considerably since Monday, but last night, it was a bit gurgly...and I can't tell if it was my intestines or not, because it was like ~3 inches above my belly button, and I thought the transverse colon was lower than that.

We'll see how it is tonight -- nighttime is always worse, oddly... Tweet
