Why not tell the doctors?

Why can't we tell our doctors the truth if we have disseminated worms? Isn't it their oath to help, be compassionate, do no harm?

I am on the brink of telling my western med ID doc the truth. I mean, my ECG is abnormal, I have lymphopenia granulocytosis, C.Diff, chronic fungal infections.

Aren't we supposed to tell our doctors the truth? I have heard everybody say not to tell them, they will think you are delusional. But no, friends, this is no delusion.
