Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis

I live in a colder climate in the northern hemisphere. I find during winters my seborrheic dermatitis becomes worse due to dry air. For this I have to use a humidifier because a moisturizer isn't enough to keep my skin hydrated. During the summer when the sun is out and its warm my sebderm imrpoves dramatically. The sun and vitamin d seems to be one key factor.
