Re: Sticky Saliva / Coated Tongue

I think that mechanically cleaning your tongue with a scraper is not very effective against fungus/bad bacteria in the mouth. Think about this. Who believes that the candida just infects your tongue? -- No, it infects your whole mouth -- tongue, gums and teeth. That's why tongue scraping is so poor at getting rid of fungus in the mouth.

Oil pulling with sesame oil or coconut oil for ten minutes a day acts to pull out and kill all the bad bacteria/fungus in the mouth. Make sure that you spit out all the oil out after you oil pull because it also pulls heavy metals out of your body via the lymph passages in your throat.

My favourite way to disinfect my own mouth is to use just half a teaspoon of pure gum turpentine and swill that around my mouth for 3 to 4 minutes. Your tongue and gums might go a little numb but it doesn't last. Then spit the turps out and don't wash out your mouth -- leave the turps to act and be absorbed into the gums and tongue killing all that bad bacteria and fungus. This gets rid of mouth fungus very quickly. You can also use 3 drops of lavender oil or germanium oil mixed with a teaspoon of VCO. Swill this round your mouth gently -- also very effective at getting rid of thrush in the mouth.
