Oleic is good. The best is lauric though. I wouldn't go too overboard on sunflower, excessive amounts are linked to cancer. Also extra virgin olive oil is very clean chemically but has a lot of allergens like salicylic acid. I take activated charcoal when I eat it. Also best to mix it into something that can help you digest it like lecithin from egg yolks or plant sources or saponins like from beans. Beans have lectins (not lecithin) that can damage blood cells so be careful to cook those thoroughly in plenty of water changes.
