If you want to stay free from SD, you must learn about what healthy ingredients are.
If you consume bread, that bread should not have more than 4 ingredients:
- wheat flour
Anything else they put in the bread you consume is not there to make you healthy, it is added there to make bread taste better, to change consistence, to extend shelf life, to make it more appealing .... but almost always at the cost of your healh.
Is it worth it ?
The question you must ask yourself is this:
What is more important for me:
#1 to heave beautiful skin?
#2 to eat food designed to cheat your taste buds ... but food that in relity is inferrior when compared to the real natural foods.
Unfortunately, you can't have it both.
Here are the ingredients that you shold definitively avoid, if you have any skin problem, especially if you suffer from SD or Psoriasis which both are related to dysbiosis, liver and intestine damaged by anibiotics, and sensitive skin:
Bread your great grandmother was making, used to have just 4 ingredients, and no other bullshit:

If this kind of bread still triggeres any skin symptoms, you will for sure know you are either sensitive to wheat or to yeast or to both.
When you react to a bread with "35 ingredients" ... it is really impossible to know which one of those triggers the skin reaction.
Seborrheic Dermatitis , acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, etc ... are skin conditions triggered by something you are unable to tolerate.
Most often (ver 80% of people) it is someething people eat.
Beside bullshit added by the food industry, people can also rect to natural foods like wheat, milk, eggs, gluten, shellfish, fish. nuts, peanuts, tomatoes, tropical fruits, citric fruits, berries like strawberries and raspberries, .. etc ...
Just sometimes, it is not food at all, but it is environment.
