Isn't bile supposed to be alkaline

Isn't bile alkaline? I ask this bc my naturopath has me testing the Ph of my urine several times a day. With the help of a very veggie oriented diet and alkanizing supplements, I keep my Ph mostly in the neutral zone. I've done 2 LCs to date and both times, on day 2 of the LC (ie on the day I release green ball "stones"), my Ph was acidic. Shouldn't it be alkaline or at least neutral w all that green bile???
