I ate 1 mango & ½ grapefruit this morning about an hour before breakfast and it worked out SO well! It's almost noon now and I did my morning's work without needing a nap. Even when climbing a flight of stairs, I didn't feel like passing out.
I have been afraid to eat fruit since I began attempting to manage this candida problem because of what most sources say. . . and I was fearful this morning of the itching returning because of Sugar in the fruit. Anyway, noon and no itch!
I don't know if I should eat some more fruit before lunch, BUT I'M GONNA DO IT ANYWAY! LOL
