Thanks for all the info, I have a few questions. Okay so I have Taurine @ 500mg that i'm taking once a day. I ran out of calm today and had purchased Magnesium Citrate 400mg. Should I keep this Magnesium, is the absorbtion of good quality and if so will this form counter any of the other things im taking. Took 100mg of idoral today, I feel great!

chlorella 6 mini tabs not sure of the measurement *8 a.m.*
selenium as selenomethionine *8 a.m.*
celtci Sea Salt *salt loading all day*
Gallon of water a day minimum through out the day
Magnesium calm about 3 pm 350mg changed to Magnesium Citrate 400mg today
Taurine 500 mg 3pm
Solaray Vitamin c 1000mg, 10,000mg through out the day as ac sorbic acid with bioflavonoid *suprising no stomach issue*
Niacin , switching to atp cofactors and taking 8a.m. and once more at 3p.m.
Melatonin before bed
Magnesium Taurate?? and drop Taurine?
I'll look into the SSKI ,Thanks for the info btw. I know, I have to find out what works best for my body. I'll try oil pulling as well and no im not taking any zinc nor B1 at the moment, but after reading the article im going to have to get some. Any other recommendations ?
