Bump on the brazil nuts test, the nuts have the cofactors inside the food to begin with. :)

Still think available cofactors are the biggest problems when folk react poorly to selenium (especially at < 200mg! )

Favorite foods and local soil selenium levels need to be taken into account.

The older VWT threads reporting changes in responses to selenium when taking it with TMG are very telling- the glutathione-making cycle needs to be working in order to metabolize the selenium.
