At some point you'll have to decide how you are going to get inorganic mercury across the blood brain barrier and out of the brain.

Cutler's detox protocol is designed to do that safely.

You are fortunate to tolerate sauna well. A few people, such as a close female friend sweated very little before detox.

Also sauna can be another stress on already weak adrenals. My friend also had this problem.

Thankfully she has tolerated DMPS + ALA well and has progressed nicely, unfortunately not as quickly as one might have liked.
