Hi. Congrats on 4 days. How many were you going for originally? Chicken broth sounds very salty and will cause water retention. Have you thought about breaking with a watery fruit like Watermelon or orange? Also, during fasting you'll experience lots of sensations, most of which are totally normal. Before giving up, maybe move your body a bit... Light walking, drink a little extra water, let your body resolve what's going on in your leg. Sometimes rest and time allows our bodies to heal themselves :) good luck!
