Hi. This is my first time fasting. I didn't prepare for it just started drinking just water. I'm on my 4th day now and feeling a bit odd. My left leg feels heavy and tingly. I'm doing the fast to try and help with weight loss (80kg) and also cure peeling skin on hands/feet, slight numbness on the skin on my hand, and frontal fibrosing alopecia (autoimmune condition). I am also slightly anaemic. This sensation in my leg is worrying me a bit. I was thinking of making chicken broth today and break the fast with this. Is this a good idea or is there a better way of breaking it. Many thanks for any advice.
