my mom can't stand the taste of lugols. i know mixing it with vitamin C turns it into a clear tasteless liquid. is this still effective?
i heard conflicting opinions one by Dr Brownstein who says that the body does not convert Iodine to potassium Iodine and vice versa (maybe just not efficiently).
the other one i remember reading on this forum but i can't find it again. someone here said that the body does convert potassium Iodine to iodine in the body easily. i don't remember who said this and if its correct or not so could an expert here answer this question and settle the matter for me?
also when vitamin C is added to Lugols which happens does it turn the potassium iodine to iodine or the iodine to potassium iodine or am i compleatly off here?
