2 questions:
(1) How to moderate strong die-off from removing parasite nests?
KIDNEY CLEANSE AND COLON CLEANSE---IMPROVE THE ELIMINATION ORGANS AND MAKE DIET LIGHT SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO STRUGGLE WITH BAD FOOD AT SAME TIME. NOTHING BEATS ORANGE JUICE FASTING.
(2) What to eat on that specific day (the day when nest comes out and the next day, when the die-off is severe)? Just worried about auto-immune reaction.
MILD DIET, GO SLOW, DO NOT WORRY. THOSE THAT WORRY, WORRY THEM SELVES INTO FEELING THINGS THAT NORMALLY DO NOT EVEN EXIST. DE-WORMING SHOULD BE 100% EVENTLESS AND A PERSON SHOULD JUST FEEL BETTER EVERY WEEK, EVERY MONTH, EVERY YEAR AS THEY GET "BETTER".

at-least 2 of them. Today morning, big black nest came out with BM.
YIKES WHAT A PICTURE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN…..SUCH THINGS DO EXIST, BUT RARELY EVER HEAR OF ANYONE THAT HAD THEM…THE BIG ONES DIE EASILY, WHILE ALL THEIR EGGS AND BABIES ARE THE PROBLEM AS THEY LIVE IN FLESH AND BONES AND NOT JUST THE COLON.
Now the die-off started. I have had die-off by expelling worms earlier, but this time seem to be much stronger die-off.
JUST SEEING SUCH THINGS WOULD BE "EMOTIONAL"…..
I have taken 4 capsules of activated charcoal,
EATING DIRTY COAL IS OF NO BENEFIT UNLESS YOU WERE POISONED AND THE E/R WAS DOING IT IN MY OPINION.
vegetable soup (made of of kale, spinach, parsley etc.), chlorella etc. to moderate the die-off, though there is feeling of vomiting, head-ache etc. (in higher proportion than earlier). Taking distilled water.
OK, MILD DIET------IF YOU HAVE A LITTLE WEIGHT TO EXPEL, STAYING ON MILD DIET IS IDEAL OR EVEN FASTING WITH FRUIT JUICES BETTER YET.

cucumber since morning, and now it's 3:45pm. Felling weak now, but worried about autoimmune by eating something unsuitable.
TO WORRY IS THE WORSE THING….. WHEN DE-WORMING USE PROPER HERBS FOPR THE ENTIRE BODY.
Have lentils, quinoa, simply cooked vegetables in home. Also have raw nuts, berries.
