Embarking on monthly water fast -support and experiences more than welcome

Nice to meet you fellow fasters!
I feel the need to embark on an extended water fast.Even though my weight is still in the normal range,I've been suffering from serious, painful binges as a response to emotional stress that partly cost me both a (horrible, low paying ,sleazy bar) job and a potentially good relationship, both of which i was unable to handle due to the stress triggering binges and occasional purging which i absolutely hate and am against.
Also the bar job exaggerated my smoking habit, which I really want to quit, and think would be even more harmful during a water fast.
I am at a very dark place and in need for support.I used to have very healthy, kind of 80 %vegetarian eating habits, but changing environment and social circles sent me into a nighmare of bulimia, probably due to extreme worry for the future( live in Greece, bleak prospects for everyone these days).
I am thinking 30 days (i know, bold, longest i've fasted before was barely a week)but have a lower weight limit, since it is more for curing my relationship with food that losing weight. So since weight loss is unpredictable, if I hit a weight that is 1 kg (2lb) under my 'ideal weight' before 30,i will break the fast the next day - (ideas on how to do it are welcome.)
Also would vitamin c tablets or electrolytes be a deviation from the fast or harmful on an empty stomach?-im not talking energy drinks ,colas and unhealthy stuff. Finally speaking electrolytes,in shorter fast i would just sip on salt water when feeling my pressure dropped,in a longer fast would that cause a sodium/potassium imbalance,or is potassium something i can go without for about a month?I do have some electrolyte supplements laying around but i actually detest the supposedly strawberry children-friendly yuckiness - and these are the only kind they sell in pharmacies here.
