Water fasting if already losing weight rapidly

I have been rapidly losing weight since a year now and also maintaining low levels of energy since quite some time...
it's a long story but i can just say that i went through some personal stressful time and after that i started losing weight. i had always been of thin frame but always usual weight not more than necessary earlier..
i did decrease my diet naturally after that stressful time, but i had not been overeating, fat was on a minimum for some long time, but then i started taking fats too..
last month or so i fell sick and realized that my immunity is too weak for healthy level... i had fever for almost 10 days...
now i have increased my protein content too.. also green juice.. since a month or so...
though i have been feeling more energy now with diet changes which was also on bare minimum since long...
but i have not been gaining weight, i think this is more or less related to emotional impact that experience left on me... i would like to
Water Fast for both health and spiritual reasons... i intuitively believe in it...
there is one concern though which is that i have already been losing and i am 109 lbs at a height of 5'7''. i used to be 136lbs a year ago, and few months ago i was 125, and in a month i have decreased from 116 to 109.
also i work in office and can't take long duration leaves, though it's a desk job and i can do the minimum i need to, avoid other exercises like going on a walk for an hour that i usually do... i also do some yoga and can avoid if i would feel lack of energy.. also i can prepare for
Water Fasts by going on fruits and steamed vegetables for a week or longer, right now i am on usual diet with minimum processed food, it has fruits, india breads made with whole wheat only in terms of processed and vegetables cooked in it.
or should i consider some other options? like juice fasting?
