I will definitely take it slow, but do you think incorporating eggs (maybe 2-2.5 weeks post fast) will be detrimental to weight my weight loss? Yes eating meat has its disadvantages, like you said cancer risk, but will it jeopardise my weight loss post fast? I ask because I really don't think I can completely omit eggs in my diet. Bearing in mind that this is the only animal protein that will be in my diet, and I won't be eating eggs for every meal. Also I intend to eat very healthily.
Secondly I was wondering if you agreed with the weekly guideline that glittergalaze posted above? This is my first Water Fast and I really don't want to mess up. I find it way easier to follow a strict weekly guideline for some direction. It would be nice to get a second opinion
