Re: Nutrional Balancing when to expect results

Thank you burnout123  for giving your own experience, i feel it helps me when i hear how others have
walk on same road. I just did my dayly coffee enema, i confirm it does help, some days i do 2 coffee enemas ,it does take some time and is messy, but does help. Even when done coffee enemas i been lately so bad, the worst symptom is that my brain & mind work very poorly, then the low energy, some depression also.

I am on fast oxidiser program with the  Wilson fast oxidisers diet, i cant eat 9 cups of cooked veggies thought, it is just too much and also too much to make and buy ,but i do try to eat as much i can .How much cookek veggies you generally eat ? Taking about 6 different supplements , i had GB-3 in use before i started NB, it`s a good digestion help and also help body to clear copper out.

My hair analysis tell i have 1 hidden copper indicator, and aluminium bit high and also poor eliminator .

It might be that i am dumbing copper now and other toxic stuff also ,and thats why been so bad, last night i wake up about 03.00 and could not get back to sleep in 2 hours or so, which might be the copper that i most likely have more in blood now.

This is just so hard sad, more hard that i expected before starting it. Did you feel that when you start taking nb supplements they cause you to feel more sick  first,or did they help you feel better from the start ?
